The downfall to low cal diets is the gut can get clogged up. I spent a few days eating lots more veggies, grains and some sugar, to excite my thirst and drank a lot more water... more than 100 ounces of fluid in a day to get to feeling better. it worked! eating a whole butternut squash in less than 24 hours works wonders for the gut and energy, but little to be desired for calories!

i'm just getting back to my lo-cal over the past two days and focusing.

have a headache today and trying to stay productive, and focused. it's not easy.

i may make a giant cup of tea with stevia to get my head straight.
