Good Morning All! I am a new member and have recently started dieting as of 9/20/15. I weighed 350 and I am down to 330 as of 10/25/15. I am feeling great each day that I concur my food addictions that I once had. I feel compelled to share my successes and failures with others and hopefully gain support and lend support to those after a much healthier lifestyle.
