Well, sure didn't feel like exercising today...weather was crap all day, rain just turning to snow, and I just felt like sitting. Wife saw me moping around and said why don't you exercise and get some of those endorphins...sure enough, she was right...the hardest part was getting out the door, windy and cold, but while I was running I just kept thinking about my final goal and how good it will feel, I'm done now, so I actually feel like I accomplished something...nice ending to a crappy feeling day...
