I believe that some day, I will get below 150. I have not seen it, but somehow I will get there.
You'd think the weight would come off a little fast yet. But it hasn't.
My boyfriends been doing a lot of half-way eating. (Soft tacos with whole wheat wrap at taco time, waffles, a cookie, cornbread, sourdough bread) and he's still losing weight. What I wouldn't do to have that luxury.
I'm going out for my friends birthday tonight, they have a dark chocolate fondue with fruit. I think I'm going to have that, hopefully it won't blow my whole diet that I've worked so hard on this week.
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 3 small peices of ham tbs of sugar free syrup Lunch: wedge of laughin cow cheese, cup of brocolli with artichoke dip and a handful of almonds Dinner: filet mignon with shitake mushrooms and grilled onions
