I went to the gym a few times, but I'm coming down with what seems to be a cold. I nursed my throat with honey and tea. Once I kick this, I'll head back to the gym.
138.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 47.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
