I'm on this crazy cool salad kick. With an obsession to eat all fruit and vegetables, as 90% of my intake.

Today I made this salad:

Yummy... Try that same recipe with baby spinach!!! Even YUMMIER! :-)

Sounds like a very good tasting and filling salad. Think I'll have something similar for dinner tonight.
