Going to New York today to check out an event called the Circle of Sisters, so I know I'm going to do a lot of walking. I just have to steer clear of all of the food vendors that will be around trying to tempt me with their goods. Wish me luck!

Good luck! Myself I managed to do a self-brain-washing and now I look at anything that contains sugars/high carbs with a lot of suspicion and think they're poison. lol
