I'm happy that I have had such a successful week. I kept to my diet 100%.i did as much walking as I could given the state of my foot. I know it's time to add exercise (sitting or standing, if I can). I can visualize myself as I want to be and am enjoying the process of getting there.
I am thankful and excited that I will be getting a new boss at work soon who has very positive energy. I love that it's the weekend and I have time to read, enjoy sitting in front of the fire, and be out doing errands. It looks like a beautiful fall day. Thank for my beautiful temple. I am thankful for the opportunity to heal energetically. I am thankful for the resources aligning to heal my body; especially my foot and shed the unnecessary weight. It's exciting to be on this journey.
