@haloinimama hi kak. Aku gym 6/7 jadi setiap harinya beda. Senin aku latihan back, selasa leg, rabu chest, kamis leg, jum"at bahu, sabtu leg lagi. Jadi seminggu 3x latihan lower body. Kadang kalau masih punya tenaga sempetin treadmill 20 menit.
