I had Chinese food for dinner the last two nights. It was the first time in a month that I ordered takeout. I had steamed dumplings instead of fried, and didn't get my usual egg roll. The food is very salty and full of MSG but I did the best I could in terms of ordering healthier options and still feeling like I treated myself.
I weighed myself this morning and I'm down a fraction of a pound, so that's a big win - I managed to eat take-out and not gain weight. Going to kick butt this weekend on the elliptical and hopefully be down to 144 by Monday.

Exercise: 30 minutes on elliptical / 235 calories burned (longest I've ever gone, and I didn't even feel tired! I only stopped so I can pace myself and not have sore muscles in the morning)
Breakfast • Chai tea with 1/2 cup cashew milk & honey * frittata (2 eggs, onion, yellow pepper, pancetta, olive oil) 2 BMs
Lunch • banana with 1 tablespoon peanut butter • 1 cup of pretzels • cup of herbal tea
Dinner • stuffed yellow pepper (ground beef, onion, tomato sauce, rice, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar)
Supplements: • 2 vitamin C • 2 ox bile • 1 zinc • 1 vitamin b6
