Haven't posted for 3 days, but they have all been good days. The scale is not moving, but that just happens and then bam it'll drop a couple of pounds all at once. I go to the doctor today for my monthly weight loss consult. Not sure what his scale will show. Last month was capris and flip flops, today is jeans but still flip flops. Next month will be jeans and regular shoes. Oh well, it is what it is. Have a great day all my FS buddies.
