I tried using diluted apple cider vinegar in my drink to hold off hi her for a while ...& oh my it's disgusting. did I buy the wrong one?

I don't get why they say to use it if it's so revolting. I only tried it cause I was fasting, eating one meal a day. and even if I ate 70grams of protein, I'd still be hungry by morning.

it really does taste bad lol but also its really bad for your teeth apparently

Make sure it’s unfiltered and with the ‘mother’ in it. Also there are gummies ones

It had the 'mother' in it ...it wasn't diluted tho, so I'm not sure
