Lactaid makes a cottage cheese I'm able to eat... but it is no where near as good at Friendship's 4%. 😐

Unity, have you tried other varieties of white cheese such as farmer’s cheese or quark? They are naturally fermented and may be more digestible. Lifeway makes a pretty good one, as does Friendship. Plus, much less salt than cottage cheese.
