Well I finally lost some weight today. I handle losing slowly but not if it doesn't some off at all. Adding the carbs at night seems to be really helping my energy level. I start to crash right before dinner but then I eat and feel better. I actually went into cleaning mode last night but had to quit because I had to get up at 5am. Tomarrow I'm off work so after I finish cleaning the rest of our house, I hope to get over to the gym.
