Sorry you're struggling, but don't give up and undo the excellent progress you've made! If you find low-carb hard to stick to, then you might want to experiment with other food plans that still allow you to lose weight . . . because key to weight loss is generating a calorie 'deficit' between intake and output.
Or, look at the forums here -- I'm sure there's more than one for LCers -- they might offer some helpful tips or tweaks for sticking with that WOE.
