Just barely under 140. I haven't been logging since Sunday. It was just too difficult to keep up with the variety of foods. I decided this morning to get back to it. I did eat over 2000 calories, but at least I'm aware of it. A long drive (due to traffic) to & from the airport to drop my daughter off put us home too late to truly eat lunch. Instead, I decided to almost polish off the egg nog & have a bowl of chicharrones. Dinner was a concoction created from leftovers....tortellini, rotisserie chicken, olives, mozzerella balls, corn, cherry tomatoes & chopped salami. I threw in some spices & it was quite tasty.
I sent half of the peppermint bark home with my daughter. And I'm going to freeze the spinach artichoke dip.
We're taking tomorrow as a rest day. I'm really hoping to sleep in & catch up. I've been waking up earlier than necessary some mornings & not able to fall back asleep.
Then back to the Gym on Friday.
Speaking of sleep....off to bed I go 🥱😴💤💤💤💤
