i got called in to substitute today. Its nice to be in the classroom, didnt even bring my noise cancelling headphones... kinda forgot them. Thankfully this classroom isnt as loud as the other one. I took this app off my homescreen so i dont check in with in as often, ive missed you guys! i made great progress getting down to 185 in September. Sadly, i gained 20 lbs back :( Ever since i moved on to this new trauma processing target (2012- 2017 with my older sons bio dad) i seem to easily gain weight staring at food. Therapist says its somatic weight gain. Anyone have experience with this?? I know not to give up until im done processing trauma. 1-2 days a week: weightlifting then the following day, yoga, ive started to walk my dog when everyone is at school/work, 1-2 days a week, and a rest day.. By this, i do some exercise daily. Weightlifting and walking take an hour, and yoga is anywhere 20 to 40 mins.
