That roasted turkey breast is from ATK. It is part of an episode called, Holiday Special: Celebrate and Learn How to Make Holiday Recipes. The turkey and gravy are now on regular rotation. So yummy!

Missy, that recipe was not too hard. I struggled with roasting an entire turkey because everyone preferred the breast meat and it was easy to over cook the breast meat while undercooking the dark... anyway America's Test Kitchen has the video-recipe. 😁
