down some that's good ...Update on my knee surgeon appt yesterday it had been over a year since I was last in his office and he was really happy with me loosing the weight he asked me to even though his scale weighed me in at 310 but I had already had Breakfast and 3 bottles of water that still was 58 lb loss ,and he was fist bumping me and all and then reminded me that the holidays is when most people are likely to gain some weight back and I told him I understand but I'm not done yet I want to get down to 220lb no more than 250. So he had to send me for x-rays again so insurance won't deny anything and I already had mri about year and half ago. Gotta go back Dec 20th and he said we would talk about surgery then. So keep me in your prayers that he doesn't have to have anything extra in order to schedule my surgery....
