Well, you should be very proud of your accomplishment. You're lean and healthy going into your 50s. Ive lost weight too many times. Kept it off for years after my last pregnancy, but after hubby passed I packed on the weight. (I stress eat). But at 61 Im committed to getting back in shape for me this time. You are an inspiration unity!

WindyD, I appreciate that and I send you so much love as you process the grief of loss. Many good folks (myself included) struggle to acknowledge and 'look at' grief as natural. It arrives in so many different skins, if you will. The loss of our childhoods, loss of the love we wanted from our parents, the loss of a loved one (pets are 100% included in this) due to death, divorce or a relationship ending. It is all loss. It all feels like grief to me. And the tendency with me was to avoid that feeling at all costs. Bravo to you for coming to a place that allows for both grief and self-love. It is a place I've only known recently. 💙

Thank you, Honee!! I feel strong and that was my goal. I'm not built to be skinny and am 100% fine with it. Strength is what I am after.
