Every single time my scale did that I was actually losing inches and sizes. Make sure you do the measuring thing. Neck, upper arm, forearm, wrist, waist, hips, thigh, calf and ankle. Measure every two weeks or so and you will be amazed.

I had the "point 3" phenomenon happening several times since I started this journey. I know it's extremely frustrating and irritating, but trust me, keep doing what you're doing and it will start moving again. I think our bodies need a kind of "re-adjusting" every now and then as we lose weight. The same as you need to re-adjust and re-calculate your RDI as your scale moves downward. It's like it takes time readjusting the muscle to fat ratio and what it needs in order to function in normal parameters. Again, just keep doing what you're doing. It will move down again eventually. If you go for 4 weeks without it moving, then it's a plateau. But you can get easily out of it by taking either a day of splurging or a day of fasting - honestly the splurging one works better and faster if you don't mind the scale going up 1 or 2 lbs for a day or two before starting to move rapidly down again.
