I've created a group called "Physical & Mental Health & Weight Loss Community". I've dealt w/ physical health issues my whole life. I've dealt w/ mental health issues since 1993 but didn't get proper care 'til 2011. My weight just started becoming an issue for me. All of "FatSecret" (FS) members can join. I just have one (1) request for all members to be supportive, a motivation & a friend/buddy.
