It felt like I ate very little yesterday but wasn't too hungry. Woke up with a flatter stomach than I've had in a while, which was nice. But still nowhere near flat enough. :)

Breakfast • Chobani Greek yogurt, strawberry • 1 cup coffee, cashew milk, raw sugar (small BM @7:30 a.m.)
Supplements: • 2 vitamin C • 1 ox bile • 1 zinc
Lunch • Creamy chicken & wild rice soup (homemade) • roast beef, provolone, tomato, oil & vinegar on a bun (from local deli)
Dinner • green beans (sauteed in butter) • 1 chicken sausage • 3 onion rings (from local burger joint)
Snacks: • 4 Hershey kisses
