I quit drinking tea, coffee and all caffeine as of Wednesday so it’s been 4 days and I’m feeling like the fog is lifting. I used to need it to prop me up in my sales job when I worked. I’ve been drinking caffeine since I was about 12. Lately I see no use for it. I’ll switch to chamomile when I go to the store next time. I also make hot water with lemon salt apple cider vinegar and a little honey. If you get the combination just right it taste great.
86.9 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
