When I lost 60 lbs. last year I was ONLY counting calories. Walking too. I was not caring about the macros. The macros put too much mental stress on the mind. I tried other stuff this year, keto, macros, I'm not losing I think from mental stress. I'm going back to JUST COUNTING CALORIES. 👍😊
118.6 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Let's see if it works. Not caring about fat, protein , carb intake... ONLY THE CALORIES .
