I'm pretty pleased with the way my day ended foodwise. I consider the day that I weigh in as a splurge or reward day if, and only if, I lose. So I really wanted to run out and get my fave chocolate chip cookies and Ben & Jerry's, but I resisted. Had a little glass of wine instead. So I used only 5 points of my weekly allowance points (free points outside of your daily allowance points). Not bad, not bad at all. Ready for another day tomorrow.
