Loss 6 lbs in 14 days, not too shabby. Can't complain. I do need to eat more but I haven't had much of an appetite which is really unusual for me. I don't know if that is because I am eating more meat than and less carbs or what.

protein makes you feel satiated so you eat less (it digests more slowly). Carbs tend to digest faster so you want more sooner. But they also give you energy. It's about choosing the right carbs. Great job on the loss!

Thanks Suzi161 I knew that and have been trying to stay away from the general"white carbs". But I still eat about 30-50 a day. It seems to work for me. As long as I lose weight I think I will stay tthere and no lower. I add more carbs at night if I am too low.
