Went off of an antidepressent and went down on thyroid meds so not surprised by weight gain. I have started working out and tracking calories. Normally gain 20 lbs when go off a med so this isn't bad.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
