Getting back on track after vacation. Haven't weighed in for several days since I know I gained eating pudgie pies camping. Last two days I got back on track and have lost all what I gained. Time to keep going and get under 297. I CAN DO IT. Does anyone know how to enter carbs, calories etc.. if you know how much a portion is for a recipe. I cannot figure how to add just the nutrition facts. We had mushroom barley soup for supper and do not want to figure each ingredient since I know the nutrition facts. Thanks
