Today For breakfast I had half a cup of ground oatmeal, a couple tablespoons of plain yogurt, an egg, one teaspoon of honey and a couple tablespoons of Premier protein drink. It’s called a pancake. I never put syrup on the pancake. I pour 2-3 tablespoons into a bowl and dip each piece into it. I have seen a couple of posts recently where people have mentioned that they haven’t had a pancakes in years. If you can eat each of the ingredients separately or in another dish, you can have a pancake. BTW this made one BIG pancake.

****oatmeal is by nature gluten free. Don’t get sucked into paying a higher price for the box that is marked GLUTEN FREE unless you truely have celiac disease or are allergic to some nuts. Often times oatmeal is processed in factories that also do wheat and nuts. IF A BOX IS MARKED AS GLUTEN FREE IT IS NOT PROCESSED IN PLANTS THAT ALSO PROCESS WHEAT OR NUTS. Read the labels.

Also naturally gluten free, corn tortillas. Don’t pay extra for gluten free.
