Although I was hoping for more weight loss than what I had, this is a good start. I am really excited that I managed to lose weight, even with having a birthday party for my daughter this weekend. I may have lost 3.5 pounds this week, but I am shooting for 5 pounds next week.
135.9 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
