Buenita Bishop: hello: doing OK. told a friend I would do “lazy keto“ for a week and not to log anything. I don’t think it worked. I’m trying to be extra good to our surviving 12-year-old dog. She’s not fat, but she really seems most interested in treats.

I'm glad your doing okay, I will have to research lazy keto never heard of it, and I'm sorry it didn't work out, but don't lose heart you will get there.
