Today will be spent making the final preparations for our Ladies Day. Got the opening prayer composed this morning, so that is a weight off my shoulders. So many little chores to get ready for the meeting and feeding 90 people. Thank goodness there are several of us to work together to accomplish this. I am hoping it is well attended. I will be cooking for the event, but will take in my own food as the casseroles are not carb friendly. But I can eat the salad, so that is nice.

Your so positive! I'v been struggling w diet having lot of cravings, but it always happens the end of month so im just keeping my workouts. Also I went up 2 lbs, have a great day!
