Katsolo, Thank you! It is such a welcome, positive vibe! I am a consultant and this is my own small (one person!) business. So no performance reviews, but I remember those days. The freedom of running your own micro enterprise is almost unlimited but the financial security is basically nil. A trade-off for sure, but a good fit for someone like me. 😉

pbelschner, this is true! Thank you! This client did not pay well in the beginning. But the opportunities became more complex and time consuming as time progressed. We sort of 'grew up together' in a way. Now they are doing well and as a result, I am doing well. 🥳
