Well, here I am. 210 pounds even. It's been almost a month of living the Fast-5 eating plan. Nineteen hours of fasting; five hours of being allowed to eat. I have also incorporated more walking in my routine. I tried walking everyday. Somedays the weather doesn't cooperate, either it's raining or too hot and humid. I still feel hunger from time to time but I just put up with it. Generally I've been very successful with keeping to my eating plan. I've lost ten pounds since I've started and that's a very good start. I hope to keep losing throughout the month of September. If I only lose four pounds this September, I will be pleased because at least it's a loss. The intermittent fasting is not so hard anymore and I've actually saved money by not going out for lunch anymore.
