I cannot lose weight anymore it seems. I guess for me that's it. 58 kg. Probably time to enter maintenance. In spite of calorie restrictions and sport the scale doesn't wish to show less. I would honestly like to look better,but I just don't know how to make it better than this. I will post a before and after picture(need to find them). In all this 1 year and a half what I learned is written everywhere: -eat quality food , varied, watch portions and calories,3-4-5-6 times /day depending on the wish/program. -exercise(cardio, strength, stretching). It is that simple.
