Aargh - too much wine again plus my friend Ingrid insisted on cooking lunch yesterday so not sure of exact calorie consumption... did do a long walk though and no supper last night (wine instead lol) ... and spinning this morning - hard work really went for it and sweated! Have a friend coming for supper tonight- roast chicken with roasted vegetables from my allotment :0)...then for the next 13 days I am going alchohol free....

lol wine that evil drink that gets you. So what, alter your diet a little to take account of the wine. If Ingrid cooks such lovely meals, isn't it worth starving yourself a little before, to better appreciate good food, good wine and good company. :)

good suggestions, if you know your in for a good time then keep a little back, it all about balance
