Tuesday, August 9, we had "smorgasbord" lunch at work in honor of new employee. I ate salad tossed in ginger dressing, 1/2 cup hasbrown casserole; 1/2 cup yellow rice with grilled pork, 1/2 cup potato salad, 1 brownie, 1 oatmeal/choc chip cookie and fluffy marshmallow salad. I have no idea the calorie count. For dinner I ate 1 cup turnip greens, 1/2 cup fried okra and baked sweetened apples with butter on 1/2 cup no sugar added ice cream.
