I haven't been keeping track of things as well as I should. I've been concentrating on getting by on a daily basis and haven't been putting forth the extra energy to really focus on my health. Good news is I haven't given up, I refuse to, but I really need to watch it cause I'm creeping back up to my old weight and I refuse to get back there again.
