Gosh - really wanted to eat chocolate yesterday! Its hard because i can't just go to bed to avoid temptation as have to wait for the US contingent to come on line when work finishes - and that is midnight UK time - so plenty of hours to be extra tempted in! But i have just taken to drinking tea - not great for getting up in the night though - probably getting about 5 hours sleep a night at the moment! I am off out to dinner tonight with a friend and I am going to try and go for a skinny pizza at Zizzi as he says the steak place is too expensive! Guess he may have a point. No gym today - I have a day off - and its only 23 sleeps now till I go away. My aim is to lose another 6 lbs at least by the time I go - I think 2lbs a week is realistic - IF i manage to avoid bread, chocolate and too much wine :0) - oh, and cheese. Once i have finished the current cheese supplies in the house i am not buying anymore. I am trying to focus on the lovely food i intend to cook for my man when i get to the us which I can enjoy having deprived myself for 3 weeks!

when you go to the gym hit the concept 2 rower, excellent bit of kit for weight loss as it is an 80% body workout, if you cant do continuous rowing try interval training, you can set monitor for distance or time worked with a seconds countdown rest
