Not too bad a day today....gotta avoid Sesame Snaps though....yummy but ridiculously high in carbs ....cannot afford that kind of thing. Body Pump was good tonight but my back is hurting.....got Spinning tomorrow and although I don't want to spend the money think I am going to have to go to the chiropractor 😢.....expensive but I don't want back problems getting in the way of my remaining 25 day regime!! Thursday off, Pump Friday, walk Saturday. Spinning Sunday. I have some tasty low carb stuff to eat the next few days and I am going to book a table at Cote for me and my mate Ben Thursday night so I can have steak not big fat pizza. I just need to take each day at a time and do my very best. It's hard but I have to stay as focussed as possible. No self sabotage!

see how much a sports therapist cost, they may be cheaper than a chiropractor and the are very knowledgable. That looks a heavy couple o sessions and if you are not used to it then it will find out your weaknesses. At least it looks as if you are having a rest day in between. Body Pump can be hard work especially if your body is not used to the constant movements

I do see a sports therapist but she drives me mad with her constant chatter during treatment lol :0) plus this is a long standing injury where a horse reared up and fell on me whilst out riding. Ouch! Yes - you are right Body Pump is tough but blimey it does get results :0) do you do it?

a few years ago I used to take body pump. Horses - the devils animals - lovely to look at but that's it, I am absolutely petrified of them, I wont go new one. I would work more on the rehab of the injury than the body pump. Yes it does get good results but if you back hasn't recovered properly you are only stacking up the damage to it and it will come back to bite you in the arse but a lot harder. Spinning will be fine as it is non weight bearing.
