100-pushups & 200-situps challenge. Week 2: Day-1 Max.#: pushup=15, situps=15. I did not do well today.
I ate a lot yesterday. I am not sure if it was because of stress from my laptop problems and school-work or hunger from workout. I really need to maintain my food intake! Otherwise I cannot lose weight from here.

Well, stress sounds like the big factor. You didn't eat 'bad' foods. Except maybe the ice cream, but that's debateable. =) Anyways, a day off won't hurt- so long as you can focus the rest of the week. Probably will get better when instead of turning to food, you do some of those push-ups when the stress gets bad. I know it's what I need to do, I just gotta get myself to do it!
