Monday is my post aerobic exercise bounce day. I run intensely for an hour on Saturdays during competitive soccer, and invariably, about 48 hours later my weight has increased a bit. Physiologically this makes sense as a response of producing and storing extra glycogen in the legs and other running related muscles- to be ready for such intense activity. Then I avoid running during the remainder of the week and, I assume, the extra dwindles. Anyways, the high water mark today, is just 163.8, which suggests that if this week proceeds as last week did then I should get down to the mid 162's later in the week. My rebound high was much higher last week.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
