I added some "carbs" yesterday and today, and I'm 100x more hungry! dang. I added blackbeans and pain Greek yogurt yesterday. today, i had some more beans on a salad with my New York Strip. 😋 it was tasty, but I'll have to stick to my carnivore ways. it really keeps my appetite down. Until I reach my goals. I need to be strict. it's way too easy for me to over eat beans and yogurt, sadly. hooo hummm. food is yummy 😋 what's another 4 months or so of serious sticking to it. we've come this far.

Etica , I think mostly for my health too. I still have planter facilities. It's been a full year of restricted walking. I'm still only up to 6000 steps a day and it's still sore. I'm just glad i found carnivore/keto. It's really saved me. 55 years, I'm done. I just want to make it to maintenance. I've fixed my diet and changed my ways. There are many more reasons but this is the first time I really know I can make it .

You are doing great. And yes, carbs just make me hungry and stall my weight loss. One carb meal and I'm off my game for a week.
