I have not lost "anything" this week. The past few weeks I "over lost". My goal is to lose 2 lb a week. So, overall, I'm perfectly on goal. Yaaa, I wanted to lose extra but noooo. haha 🎈 I saw my doc again yesterday. Did a few more labs and he ordered a sleep study. got me on Modafinil for chronic fatigue and addressed how to analyze my PVCs. I love my new doc. He's a low carb guru!
I think today will be one of my higher food days.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, some pepperoni, 1/2 oz cheese, onions, salsa and some black beans. It was pretty good. I've got a NY steak i need to cook today. I think I'll make a blue cheese steak salad. 😋 Have a great day.
