tahu sepotong dihancurkam, kasi 1 butir telur kocok lepas dan garam sedikit. dikukus 15 menit.
untuk siramannya:
- dada ayam 100 gram, 1 bawang putih, cabe merah / rawit ditumis.
- masukkan kacang panjang 2-3 untai dipotong kecil, masukkan ke tumisan
- bumbu 1/2 sdm saus tiram dan 1/2 sdm kecap manis
- beri air setengah gelas, bisa dikasi tepung maizena biar kental, bisa skip
- siramkan tumisan ke atas tahu telur
