Couscous salad with red pepper and basil pesto. Any suggestions for lunch salads that don’t include tomato, cucumber, avocado or olives? I’m a very picky eater.

Do you like fish? Tuna, mackerel, sardines all go well with mixed leaves. High protein low carbon too
