Had a great night on the tread mill tonight. My legs are hanging in there good. I have had a goal of a 15 minute mile on there and got close tonight. 15m30s, I think I should be able to get there tomorrow night. Still did 26 minutes on there. Looks like I will be setteng another goal after this one.
