I am beginning the third week of my intermittent fast. I cannot say that it's been easy. It's not like I'm dragging all day, on the contrary, I find that I have extra energy. Maybe a little too much. I would rather be mellow but I understand my body is going through an adjustment. I try to focus on one day at a time. My weight loss goal is a long term one. I don't expect to lose 50 pounds in a month. I will be so happy when I have a flat stomach again. It's been too long!
