Pagi siang sore mengira2 aja kk , makanan yg masuk kalori gk berlebih, setiap makan nasi siang sama sore aja 100 gram aja/skli makan, sisanya protein dan sayur.
Tepung, minyak masih makan tpi jgn berlebihan.
Olahraga 3-4 x seminggu kk . 3 bulan cuma turun 7 kg . Krna makannya masih ada goteng dan tepung kk 😅
